Join the Conversation: New Digg Communities for /management and /executive-coaching
I am excited to share something new with you. I have started two communities on Digg, the newly relaunched social platform, and I would love for you to be part of them.
These digg communities are called /management and /executive-coaching. One is for managers and leadership professionals at all levels. The other is for executive coaches who want to connect with peers in the profession. Both are open, welcoming, and ready for you to join.
Why Digg?
Digg just relaunched in January 2025 under new ownership, including the founders of both Digg and Reddit. The platform is built around communities where real people have real conversations. No algorithms pushing outrage. No endless scrolling through ads. Just focused spaces where people with shared interests can connect, learn, and help each other.
It feels like the early days of the internet, when online communities were actually useful. I wanted to be part of that, and I wanted to create spaces that would be valuable for the people I work with every day.
What is /management about?
This community is for anyone who manages people or wants to get better at it. First-time managers trying to figure things out. Senior leaders looking to refine their approach. Leadership trainers and experts who want to share their knowledge.
The goal is practical conversation about what actually works. Not theory. Not corporate buzzwords. Real questions, real challenges, real solutions.
If you have ever wondered how to handle a difficult employee, how to give feedback that lands, or how to build a team that performs, this is the place to ask and learn from others who face the same situations.
What is /executive-coaching about?
This community is for executive coaches and leadership coaches who want to connect with peers. Coaching can be a solitary profession. You work one-on-one with clients, but you rarely get the chance to talk openly with other coaches about the craft itself.
Here you can share what you are learning, ask for advice, discuss trends in the profession, and yes, let people know about your services. Self-promotion is welcome because we are all building practices and visibility matters.
Why join?
Online communities work best when you get in early. The people who show up first shape the culture and build relationships that last. Right now, both communities are small and growing. That means your voice will be heard. Your questions will get answers. Your contributions will matter.
You will also be joining a space free from the noise that clutters most social platforms. Digg is designed for thoughtful conversation, not viral content. It is a refreshing change.
How to join
Joining is simple. Go to digg.com, create a free account, and search for /management or /executive-coaching. Introduce yourself in the welcome thread and tell us what brings you there.
I look forward to seeing you in the community.
